WHO WE ARE

With over 30 years of experience in construction, we specialize in civil engineering, civil design, architectural design, development, ground up build outs, and turnkey build outs. Originally established as a contractor to major national housebuilders, our business has developed enormously with a much wider range of contracting skills and advisory services, along with an ability to purchase land and develop it for ourselves or with our joint venture partners in industries like fuel engineering. We have built theaters, shopping malls, restaurants, gas stations, historic restorations, large apartment complexes, hotels and many custom homes. IBC is well known in the DFW area as one of the very few companies that are licensed by TCEQ (for the last 20 years) to design and install large fuel tanks for many of the gas stations and oil refineries in the area and throughout Texas. We have designed and built projects that range from $100,000 all the way up to $32,000,000.
